Unique Alaskan Loans

Alaska offers a unique and favorable mortgage lending environment.    For many years FNMA has authorized higher mortgage loan limits for Alaska and Hawaii.   Currently the FNMA loan limit for single family homes and condominiums located in Alaska is $625,500.
