Consumer Pamphlet

The consumer disclosure, as required by Alaska real estate law, provides you with an outline of the duties to be carried out by a real estate licensee and outlines her/his responsibilities to you.  This document is not a contract, but you will need to sign this pamphlet.

By signing this document, you are simply acknowledging that you have read the information in this disclosure and understand the relationship between you, as a consumer, and a real estate licensee.
